Are you an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a passion and love for technology? My innovative and exciting client is looking for that key person to be a part of their client services team, being the "glue" between the developers and client.

You must be able to offer the best solutions to the clients and be able to speak in technical and non-technical languages. You must have strong documentation and briefing skills. Experience technology, client management and offering the best strategic solution is key.

SKILL SET REQUIRED:

·Experienced Business Analyst with 3 - 5 years' experience
·Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
·Deep understanding of CRM platforms, including web based and mobile applications, databases, data mining and visualisations tools
·Worked with developers who use: SQL, .Net, C#, ASP
·Must be able to work closely with clients at all stages, take briefs, documentations and scope of work
·Translate business requirements into a technical specification creating user stories and test case scenarios working in collaboration with the Development and QA teams
·Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
·Basic SQL understanding
·Excellent communication skills
