My client is an international provider of high-quality employment services. The company now has over 150 offices in UK, France, Sweden, Korea, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Australia, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and New Zealand with more than 1,700 employees.

Due to project growth and development my client are currently multiple Project Managers to be based within there London Office .

The IT Project Manager will support the design and delivery of a number of high profile new contracts and internal transformation projects. The person will need to have a proven track record, be high energy and a dynamic individual.

This person will be responsible for a wide variety of IT Projects covering all areas of the Global Business and internal IT Department. This will include managing the full lifecycle of complex multi stream projects from requirements gathering through development, testing, training and handover to business as usual.

They will be a specialist in running IT Projects working with third parties to implement Commercial Off the Shelf Packages (COTS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) Projects.

They will be responsible for managing the relationship with the business customer and therefore require excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

They will be the key point of contact for reporting on project progress, key risks and issues and all and maintaining the systems & documents for effectively managing various IT projects.

The successful candidate will be working as part of a busy team to ensure projects are fully understood, prioritised, scheduled and delivered on time, to specification and budget.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

*Owning and maintaining a detailed view of all projects currently running within the portfolio, which will be used to manage the allocation of resources, schedule in new projects and provide accurate timescales and information to key stakeholders.

*Preparing project plans, Gantt charts, detailed budget reports and dependency diagrams for critical projects.

*Maintaining project issues /risk logs, managing key communications for the team with stakeholders and following up potential project blockers with business owners/leads as required.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE:

Essential
*You should have excellent knowledge of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint,
*Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
*APM or Prince 2 Practitioner

Desirable
*Agile software development methodology
*Experience of delivering diverse range of IT Projects
*Understanding of Window Servers, Exchange, VMWare and Citrix is desirable
*SharePoint and Visio
*Delivering web/browser based applications (particularly with MS-SQL backend)
*Agile software development methodology

*Project administration experience in producing and maintaining project documentation.

*Devising/implementing project control and mitigation strategies
