The Company
Our client is a leading research business, based in a great London location, whose primary focus is on public sector and social research. They are a flexible company, with a professional and friendly working environment. They promote staff collaboration and take pride in delivering high quality outputs to their clients. They are looking to bring on board a Research Director to focus on the education space.

The Role
In this role, you will be leading on the education sector, working with existing clients as well as identifying new clients that you could target to work with as well. You will be responsible for driving this area within the business, with the support of the board directors and a team.

Key Duties Include:-
- Pitches and proposals to clients
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Building relationships with the core clients of the business
- Designing research methodologies and providing support to the more junior members of the team
- Signing off reports and adding value and additional insights to the outputs
- Presenting to clients

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have a strong background in public sector research, with a focus on education. Candidates who have worked in education but not within public sector, could be considered. You will be confident in delivering pitches and presentations and will be an expert in quantitative methodologies, qualitative is advantageous. This role will suit someone who is looking for a new challenge and to step into a role where you can drive a an area within a business.
