PHP Developer

This is a varied and rewarding role in a dynamic cutting edge software and rich media company. We are a high pressure, fast paced, award winning company with a hugely expanding profile. We are looking for a PHP developer to assist with the design, development and maintenance of PHP applications.

Organisational ability and flexibility is crucial in this fluid environment. With a unique product and service, we are always looking to drive the business forward. We have national and global clients and this is a very exciting time to join us.

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum of 3 Years experience in a commercial environment.
Will hold a computer Science Degree or similar qualification.

Required Skills:

·PHP5 and MySQL
· HTML/JavaScript/CSS.
· Experience and understanding of OOP.
· Experience of developing data driven web applications.
· Experience with jQuery
· Ability to take part in producing development plans and following the development plans.
· Demonstrate having completed a project from start to finish
· Ability to work to deadline

Highly desirable:
· Experience developing jQueryplugins
· Experience with HTML5/JavaScript based video applications
· Experience with Apache, Linux and SSH.
· Familiarity with MVC architecture and Frameworks
· Experience with version control such as Git.
