Client Services Executive

We are currently looking for a Client Services Executives to join our Healthcare Sales team. The role of the Client Services Executive will be to provide account support for existing customers and to enhance the value of our services for our clients. Key areas of responsibility will include overall management and running of online product demonstrations with our clients and driving usage. You will facilitate meetings between our Analysts, Sales Team and end users. The candidate will develop a good understanding of the clients’ analysis & database requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity to employ your strong account support and customer services experience in a B2B environment where you can gain a breadth of experiences and develop your skills within a dynamic and challenging environment

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Set up training for clients on Pharmaceutical and Medical SaaS tools

· Coordinate, assist and facilitate sales/analyst interactions with existing clients

· Providing an effective link between analysis and sales through advising directors as to client needs

· Effectively promote new reports, analytics and consultancy offerings to existing clients or new prospects

· Calling and emailing customers to inform them of the service and increasing the number of users of the service through networking

· Field and respond to client service calls

The successful applicant will possess:

· Account support /customer support experience in a B2B environment

· Familiar with using a CRM

· Science degree - desireable but not essential

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· European Languages are highly beneficial but not essential

· Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook type packages

· Well organised individual with excellent telephone manner

· Team player, good under pressure

· Problem solving, positive attitude and a service oriented mentality

· Self-motivated, with proven ability to work efficiently and independently

£25,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience
