We are looking to recruit an Administrator to work within a busy office based in Bristol.

This position will initially be on a six month contract to cover maternity however it may well lead to a permanent opportunity.


Key Responsibilities within the position are:

• Providing administrative and email support to customers
• Processing orders and maintaining the order systems
• To provide customer support to incoming callers
• Document creation
• Filing and administrative tasks

Applicants must have:

• Experience within an administrative / customer service environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Exacting attention to detail and a real can do attitude
• A real team player
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
