Our client, an international brokerage based in the heart of the City, are looking for an experienced Roadshow Coordinator to manage and administer all aspects of Roadshow and Event Management and to provide administration and logistical support to the Sales Team. Financial Services experience is essential.

The Role

- Liaising with institutional clients, corporate clients, other advisors and internal departments to deliver first class roadshows and other marketing events
- Assist with event and conference organisation
- Arrange external and internal meetings
- Diary management of multiple diaries
- Print and bind presentations
- Evaluate possible investor targets through peer group analysis
- Produce investor profiles
- Update and maintain the Investor Relations CRM
- Organise travel for clients and the Sales Team
- Field phone calls from the Sales Team
- Prepare agendas and produce minutes for meetings
- Arrange catering for meetings
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up correctly for meetings

- Ad-hoc project work

The Person

- Proven Investor Relations / relationship management experience within financial services
- Proven roadshow management experience
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work to a high standard with tight deadlines
- Target driven, ambitious and client focused
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven understanding of institutional and corporate client types
- Fast learner with a flexible attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A Certificate in Investor Relations (CIR) or degree qualification (preferred)

- Experience using FactSet (preferred)
