The ideal candidate will be a cheerful graduate who has earned at least a 2:2 in your degree and experience supporting SEN. You must have the skills to allow your nurturing personality to shine through by offering ongoing support to your students. You must possess an understanding of the importance of a balanced education for all and reflect this in your teaching practices. About the Year 1 Teaching Assistant Person Role
As a Year 1 Teaching Assistant your role will involve you working closely, on an individual basis, with a Year 1 child who has been identified as on the Autism Spectrum.
