A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to work a leading estate agents in Folkestone.
This is a dual role within the company working across 2 accounts departments totalling 37.5 hours a week.
This exciting and well respected business is looking for a hard working Accounts Assistant, who ideally has a minimum of 18 months all-round accounts & processing experience.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working within a finance function as an Accounts Assistant, ideally with Accounts Payable and Receivable experience.
Within the role of Accounts Assistant you will: - Process invoices on a daily basis - Supplier payment runs - Build relationships with external suppliers - Provide support to the month end process - accruals and prepayments, - Bank, cash and control account reconciliations
The successful candidate will have: - A minimum of 18 months experience working as an Accounts Assistant/Finance Assistant - Studying towards an AAT, ACCA and advantage, but not essential. - The ability to write professional correspondence - Good knowledge of Excel - Be highly organised
