Application Support Analyst/2nd/3rd Line Support - SCCM/Windows Server/Windows7/10/DMS/SQL

Our client (small/mid-tier law firm - 700 users based in central London) is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join them. This role will be sitting in a team that is dedicated to supporting and improving the company software applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd/3rd Line support and resolution for incident and changes relating to Client Server applications
  • Identify problems with applications and infrastructure and look at methods to resolve these incidents.
  • Support the Applications architects, assisting them with the workload
  • Work with Data Systems Architect assisting with routine Database Administration tasks,
  • Communicate application problems and work alongside key stakeholders
  • Heavy involvement in the firm's projects - implementations, patches etc.
  • Maintain security within the firm's DMS system

Knowledge and experience of supporting:

  • Windows 7 Enterprise
  • Windows Server 2008 onwards
  • Windows SQL Server
  • Microsoft SCCM - Patches and installation

Experience of supporting one or more of the following systems;

  • Document Management System - ideally NetDocuments
  • Practice Management system - ideally Aderant Expert
  • SharePoint
