Outline of role
As a Graduate Onlline Learning Executive you`ll be working closely with the Learning Technologies Team and be responsible for managing our learning platform and creative tools. As first point of contact for trouble shooting end user learning queries you`ll have direct contact with many parts of the business - both internal and external.Reporting to the Senior Learning Technologies Manager, a key part of your role will be to support the development and release of online learning materials - with plenty of opportunity to get involved in projects, and to contribute your skills and knowledge to further the wider aims of the business. You`ll be adept in analysing and formatting data for trends and analysis and in getting the right reports out to the business.
Responsibilities• Update and maintain the content of the learning system including: user management, course management, maintenance of materials and effectively resolving operational issues• Ensure content is of a high quality and act as the system `gatekeeper`• Work with external providers to resolve issues and improve functionality• Provide efficient and professional responses to queries through managing the learning system support helpdesk on a daily basis• Produce regular and adhoc reports in Excel and other tools as and when needed• Be the LMS expert by researching new updates and recommending improvements
Education and Personal Skills• Strong problem solving and critical thinking• Ability to work without constant supervision• Ability to plan• Holds a valid driving license• Passionate about creating great interactive learning• A keen interest in all learning technologiesPerson specification
- Have a degree or equivalent
- Experience of managing a systems such as an LMS or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills
- Experience of managing digital content
- Proficient with Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to work on multiple projects concurrently and work well independently
- Experience with multimedia (shooting video, audio, graphic design) a plus
