Support Workers Required to work in Haringey,
Full-time, Part-time or Sessional Zero Hour Contracts

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and hardworking support workers to work on either a full-time or part-time basis or on a sessional zero hour contract basis within our Residential and Personalisation services based in Haringey.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality and effective support to customers with a Learning Disability and/or Autism, which promotes their independence, well being and inclusion within the community. Essential criteria includes:
• Experience of supporting a person with a learning disability and/or autism.
• A positive attitude towards people with learning disabilities.
• A commitment to promoting choice.
• An understanding and commitment of the rights of people with disabilities.
• Able to carry out personal care.
• Able to work varying shift times.
• Ability to adapt to a number of challenging environments.
This role includes administrative tasks and requires a candidate who is able to produce reports, attend meetings and develop support plans with our customers that meet goals and ambitions.
