You’ll be working on a rotating shift rota between 7am and 8pm for 40 hours a week supporting our users remotely over email and the phone, and be responsible for all desktop fixes. You'll be supported by the capable second line team with server administratio and while troubleshooting networks.
We're also expanding - so there will be oppurtunity to spend time in Dublin, Amsterdam and San Francisco in the next year, and that's just the first steps - we will be expanding into a further 4 locations further down the line.
