- Microsoft Office (PC 2016 | Mac 2016) Troubleshooting
- Active Directory Administration | (2008 +)
- Audio Visual Support (Minimum 1 year)
- Windows 7/10 Troubleshooting
- Mac OSX 10.10+ Troubleshooting
- Incident Management Ticketing System
- Supporting 800 + users (minimum
- Experience of working in a busy service desk environment
- Networking (Switches/Patching)
- Office365 Administration
- Application Packaging & Deployment
- Managing Daily/Weekly Backup Tasks
- Managing NTFS File Permissions
£28-32k + Excellent benefit package
