Global Communication Manager

  • To aid the business leaders to meet key objectives through effective communications
  • Manage the global intranet and ensure content is aligned to strategic plans
  • Effective delivery of information and corporate communication to SThree staff

Main Responsibilities

KPI's
  • Ensure set comms pieces are delivered efficiently throughout the year which includes CEO ¼ video, communication plans, conferences
  • Scripts for internal videos
  • Identify, develop and successfully deliver a Communications strategy in line with the overall business aims, utilising a range of communication channels and technologies.
  • Help deliver projects and culture change through change management communications across the business
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of InternalComms services to the assigned business group(s)
    • Translate strategic plans and into clear and compelling messages for employees
  • Measure the success ofcomms solutions and services in contributing to the business group's effectiveness and driving through culture change.
    • Editorial management and creation for the SThree intranet
    • Coordination of brand communication activity
    • Liaison with senior management to ensure key strategic themes are communicated effectively
    • Production effective email campaigns
    • Management of a broad range of communication channels
    • Provide consultancy to the business on communication plans and recommended channels
    • Account Management for all internal communication related work
    • Manage designers and ensure all design work is produced to a high standard
