Market-leading and well-established, our client is looking for a creative and commercially minded Community Marketing Manager to join their in-house marketing team. The company is one of the most recognised and trusted FX brands in the UK and increasingly overseas too.
As the Community Marketing Manager, you’ll have a lot to keep you busy. This is a brand- new role, which will bring in various activities into one exciting position. You will oversee all social media channels and a large section of regular communication to their private clients. The company is also bringing most of its PR activities from agency to in-house, some of which you’ll get involved in.
This is a hugely varied and challenging position within a leading FX brand. You’ll be focussed on analysing the entire customer journey. The aim will be to improve the overall experience and identify key areas to increase upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Given the nature of this role, you’ll be required to compile reports based on your findings.
You’ll create innovative communication ideas using emails, letters, SMS as well as social media channels. On top of this, you’ll look at all lead generation channels and work in conjunction with external designers and copywriters. If you love being creative and analytical, especially in a competitive sector, this role is for you.
As you’ll be working within the Financial Services sector, you’ll also need to ensure all content is in-line with the client’s Risk and Compliance Team, and Legal Team - adhering to FCA guidelines.
If you’re the right candidate for this role you’ll come from a similar background, ideally within financial services and have proven experience in improving and analysing the entire customer lifetime value.
On a technical note, you will need to show a track record in:
- CRM programs and reporting
- Managing brand consistent campaigns
- Google Analytics, blog software, and a range of digital marketing concepts
- Display, programmatic placement, HTML5, e-newsletters, website management, SEO and PPC, IBM Silverpop and Microsoft Dynamics
A degree or relevant experience in marketing, communications or project management would be preferable.
A salary of £35-45,000 is available for the right person. On top of this you’ll enjoy several employee benefits, such as BUPA membership, a staff currency allowance, and a pension scheme with company contributions to match yours.
