My client, a Financial Services organisation based in Vauxhall / Waterloo, are looking to recruit for a Team Leader. The role manages a team of 6, and reports to the Operations Manager. The role provides an opportunity to use your skills in a pro-active and innovative organisation that is committed to providing customers with fair outcomes and a quality service to its clients.

Salary is £28-32k per annum.

This is a new position, and they are looking for someone as soon as possible.

Duties include:

Manage, motivate and lead all Team Members
Performance Management of the team, including 1-2-1's
Review of write-off requests.
Provide weekly and monthly reports
Carry out monthly quality audits across the team to check accuracy and adherence to procedure. Holding meetings to discuss results.
Review of complex complaint investigations/responses.
Resolve escalated complaints.
Handling internal queries
Participate in and /or lead operational projects

Essential skills:

Minimum 3 years management experience in a supervisory/team leader capacity.
Attention to detail
A proven ability to lead and motivate a team
High standard of written and verbal English in order to communicate to third parties and customers in a clear and concise manner.
The ability to provide accurate statistics is essential, therefore a high level of mathematical ability is required in order to evaluate and analyse productivity targets and performance.
Solid experience across MS Office products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Educated to A level standard (or equivalent) or above, or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of experience
A background in Financial Services is a strong advantage.
