SITU are an ambitious and fast-growing Serviced Accommodation Agency, providing high quality serviced apartments for UK and International Business. They manage a network of apartments across the UK, helping companies house their staff who are working away on assignments or relocating with their job role. They provide a long term and more personal solution to living in a hotel but with the same level of customer care and satisfaction.
The account management team is looking to hire a new Administrator to be responsible for acting as first point of contact for all sales and client account phone calls, answering all website enquiries submitted at the SITU website, as well as assisting the rest of the account management team with answering all enquiries in a timely fashion (including checking availability and processing bookings).
The Sales Support Administrator must maintain the highest level of customer care at all times; representing the first point of contact for any new or existing clients that call into the office. All clients and guests must receive any relevant quotes and documents within specified time frames and with a high level of accuracy and care
Retention and development of these clients is absolutely essential and therefore speed, professionalism, product knowledge and accuracy are the key to success. You will be responsible for processing new reservations from using a bespoke on-line tool. An eye-for-detail is essential for this part of the job. You will also be a key support to the sales team, assisting with a variety of administration tasks including checking invoices, processing bookings and arranging check ins.
The job would suit someone who is ambitious, goal orientated and driven. A background in customer service and administration would be advantageous. Applicants should be self-motivated, confident, organised and well presented.
