I'm recruiting a Regional Director for a respected provider of care and elderly living in the St Helens to Liverpool area. The organisation is well known and long established and it has an enviable reputation for the highest calibre of care provision and as a fantastic place to work.

The appointed individual will lead a group of experienced Managers across a variety of locations across the North West. Duties will involve ensuring that standards are exceeded and maintained and that the quality of care provided is second to none, while ensuring that the organisation retains it's position as an exceptional place to work, all while ensuring that the business remains as profitable as possible.

The right individual will have prior experience as a hands-on Regional/Senior Manager or Director in a senior living care home. Experience of team management including identifying early indicators of poor performance and quick remedy as well as general praise and reward is essential. Additionally, the appointed individual will support the Home Managers, managing staff budgets and building good relationships with CQC and Local Authorities as well as helping to market the home and build occupancy.
