Your new company
You will be working for a well known and reputable main-contractor with over 5 decades experience of delivering exciting and challenging projects throughout the UK.

Your new role
You will initially be working on one tower of a £60m new build residential project. The exterior frame has already been constructed with interior packages currently being installed. You will ensure that the internal packages are completed on time and to budget. Scheduled handover for the project is December this year. However with a strong pipeline of projects in the capital, there will be plenty of similar projects to work on.

What you will need to succeed
You must have at least 5 years experience working as a Site Manager, ideally through one main contractor. You will have in depth knowledge of internal fit out and will be confident in giving examples of your experiences. You will posses excellent sub-contractor management skills and will be confident working to strict time frames.

What you will get in return
In exchange for your services you will receive a salary between £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience). You will also receive a car or car allowance depending on your situation. More than this you will be working for a leading main-contractor working on some of the most exciting projects in London
