This client is a thriving law firm with offices in Holborn. They are well known for their work in insurance, the professions and the construction industry. They are now looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Supporting members of the accounts department when required
Control and reconcile petty cash, in order to ensure transactions balance back to ledgers
Record and download the time recording for the previous day
Supporting revenue controller with the firms billing
Input letter sheet entries and reconcile against fee earners hours in the office
Chase outstanding money laundering information and client care letters as required
Reconcile petty cash in different currencies, ensuring transactions balance back to ledgers
Confident using MS Office, including Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
