Reporting to the Content Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the daily running of Clothing and The Little White Company online for UK and US websites. From uploading products and ensuring the website reflects and enhances The White Company brand values to taking part in various new online projects and launches, this is for a person with high attention to detail, excellent communication skills who thrives under pressure.
Day to day running of the Clothing and LWC departments across UK & US websites.
Gain a full understanding of the CMS systems used.
Ensure the website is to a high standard following our Golden Rules.
Weekly product checks to ensure a high standard of customer journey.
Set up of products and updating product information on the site.
Work collaboratively with other departments to create and maintain relationships.
Work closely with the Content Assistant Manager to manage critical paths for all new product launches.
Weekly KPI reporting on product set up for UK & US Clothing and The Little White Company.
Picking up queries from customer service teams and helping to resolve issues.
Work with the Editorial and Quality Assurance teams to ensure all products details are present and correct.
Action any issues communicated from other areas of the business in regards to information on the site.
Research web industry to suggest new ideas to improve the website.
Good understanding of websites
Excellent communication and people skills
Work well with a team and have a pro-active, 'can-do’ attitude
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and within deadlines are essential
A good grasp of Microsoft excel
Experience with CMS is desirable, but not necessary
Knowledge and passion about online and multi-channel retail and customer experience would be advantageous
