Are you looking for a new role in Facilities Management, Build Recruitment are working on behalf of the UK's largest independent food wholesaler.
Salary is £40,000 + £5k car allowance. Based at the head office at Park Royal London.
As our Facilities Manager you'll be responsible for the operational and investment property portfolio and resolve issues passed to you from the helpdesk.
Managing approved sub-contractors as they complete repair and maintenance work, you'll perform contract sum analysis and prepare feasibility studies on new projects along with managing budgets.
Overseeing leases for commercial and residential lettings, you'll deal with any issues from tenants and manage a number of projects at once and make sure everything is completed in time and on budget.
With multi-site commercial property experience ideally from a retail background, you'll be up to speed with property management software, have a good understanding of health and safety legislation and ideally possess an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
Highly analytical, you'll be able to expertly plan and prioritise and possess the flexibility to travel within the UK. A clean, current UK driving license is essential.
