About the role
We specialise in first and second charge mortgages working with a number of the UKs leading banks and building societies which makes for a very varied role. Day to day our Arrears Executives handle calls from a variety of personal finance customers in relation to their secured and unsecured debt.
Our Arrears Executives maximise arrears collections for our clients and always make the customer their priority. Treating customers fairly is an integral part of this position.
