This UK based organisation helps to provide support , finance and advice to new businesses and business ideas . It helps people to get loans to start new business ventures. The organisation offers mentors to each new business who is awarded a loan. They are seeking an Account Coordinator on a permanent basis.
Your new role
The purpose of the job is to support the Account Mangers by communicating effectively with the delivery partners that the organisation works with, building long term relationships. You'll be ensuring all policies , procedures and KPI's are met by the delivery partners, this will be done through audits. You'll also be providing and producing regular reports to address any issues that need to be identified.Other aspects of the role include holding workshops to ensure all stakeholders are happy with the process.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a success in the role you must have experience of dealing with policies and procedures along with working with delivery partners / stakeholders in an account type position. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to build long term relationships with the delivery partners.
