Purpose of the role - To assist in the smooth running of the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant, outlet and banquets and maintaining hotel standards at all times.

Duties of role - Organise assigned section of kicthen, maintain consistency, assist senior chefs helping to reach high standards at all times, monitor food and operational costs, train junior staff, work on all sections of the kitchen, maintain high cleaning standards, deliver food on time, ensure all food labelling and storage is correct, minimise costs at all times, flexible work hours, attend company training programmes.

The ideal candidate - Passionate chef with previous chef de partie or demi chef de partie experience, excellent organisational skills, ability to work as a team and individually, abilty to follow clear instructions and to work fast and efficient throughout busy periods.
