The NFA Group provides fostering placements, specialist schools and residential homes for children and young people in need. The NFA Group is the largest independent provider of children’s services in the UK. We are now looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant, based in Uxbridge but providing national cover.

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and friendly marketing assistant to work as the Marketing team’s administrative support helping with the financial and administration process for Marketing to ensure budgets are monitored and marketing materials are delivered on time. You will support the Carer Referral / Recommend A Friend programs which reward foster carer recommendations. You will update content on the NFA Group websites when required. You will generally assist on marketing projects as directed by the Fostering Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.

You will work with the regional teams supporting their activities for foster carer recruitment including distributing materials. You will coordinate content gathering for the NFA Group websites to ensure contributors maintain active, accurate and relevant information on their pages. You will coordinate all surveys and consultations with stakeholders, including preparing outbound communications and collating the responses. You will manage and develop an internal communications schedule including the production of the company newsletter / activities on internal intranet. You will maintain a database of stakeholders particularly for the education and residential divisions. You will manage events, booking meetings and venues, coordinate supplies and order stands.

You will be able to manage multiple projects at the same time; have good people skills; be adaptable and flexible and have excellent attention to detail. You will need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have good budget, planning and organisation skills.

Experience of working in a marketing environment preferred

Ideally you will have a good level of education.
