Days: Monday - Fri 8am - 4pm
1 in 3 Saturday mornings- paid at time and a half

The role
We are recruiting a Service Controller for a national automotive client. You will be based in the office, taking calls from customers who have broken down or who are experiencing issues with their vehicle. You will ask them questions to get an understanding of the situation and update the database. You will then dispatch a member of the team to respond to the customer, and keep the customer informed of progress.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and an ability to record detailed information accurately and quickly. You will be adept at supporting customers at a challenging time for them and ensuring they are happy with the service they receive. This role will go permanent for the right candidate.
