We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Administrator to join a market leading distribution company based in Rugby.

This varied role involves the ordering and importing of equipment and consumable products through to picking, packing, delivery and updating sales data. It also involves maintaining a clean and safe working environment and solving any issues relating to distribution that may arise.

40 hours a week Monday - Friday 10.00am - 18.00pm.

The main day-to-day activities of the role include (but are not limited to):
o Picking and packing orders
o Preparation of machines and stock to ensure they are ready to go out to the clinics
o Handling of all deliveries & incoming stock
o Production of shipping documents - via a number of couriers eg DHL
o Data entry using our customer relationship management software
o Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies
o The efficient utilisation of space and mechanical handling equipment
o Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone
o Monthly stock check
o Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
o Sourcing packing materials and maintaining stock levels
o Preparing Hydrafacial and Perk Marketing Kits
o Database updates/cleanup using our own Penguin database system
o Simple website administration
o Prepare materials/items needed for our events eg Red Carpet, FACE and Smart Ideas
