We're working alongside a well-established FinTech company to secure them a new Sales Manager to ensure the growth of the business continues on an upward trend. Working primarily with SME’s and corporate networks with turnovers from £1m - £1bn.

You will be responsible for prospecting new business, building client relationships and managing their account over the term of their contract through to renewal. You will also be given existing accounts by the company to manage and find new opportunities for clients.

You will be expected to self-manage and collaborate with the directors on growth and sales strategy of the business. We are looking for someone who is a problem solver, thinks on their feet and pro active by nature. Joining this team, you will be a senior level staff member expected to attract new business with use of company resources and director support when required.

Experience preferred within b2b sales but not essential. The perfect candidate will have worked within banking, invoice factoring, insurance, financial advising, merchant services or any financial related industry and have proven experience.

Experience required:

* Minimum 2 years proven sales experience
* Comfortable managing large accounts and multiple decision makers
* Cold Calling
* B2B preferred but not essential
* Self-manage
* Face to face and phone/ skype meetings
* Experience selling financial products preferred

What is expected of you in this role?

* Actively source new clients warm, existing, cold calling
* To be a confident sales consultant and account manager
* Problem solving and quick thinking
* Create partnerships within the market place
* Account manage your portfolio of clients through sales and retentions
* Source and create a pricing agreement for clients guiding them through as a consultant and taking the order
* Utilise administration for paperwork
* Communicate with existing clients on a regular basis
* Passion for finance/ numbers
* Reviewing client’s existing pricing structures and advising alternative accounts
* Full driving license and ability to book appointments and travel when required.
* Targeted to produce 20 new accounts per month or revenue achievements
