No experience is required as we will provide training for this role. We are looking for people who are:

Reliable, wanting to make a difference to people's lives by providing quality care and who have the ability to communicate clearly both within their verbal and written communication.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Build strong professional relationships.
• Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• To promote equality, acknowledging individuals differences
• Safeguard service users from any form of abuse.
• Write accurate reports for reviews and keep written records for monitoring purposes
• Attend work reliably and punctually.

In this role, you will be working with young individuals aged between 16 to 50 years of age who may have an array of difficulties such as Autism, Mental Health, EBD or Learning Difficulties. You will be providing guidance, interaction and support within residential, education and independent living settings. You will have the goal and ambition to create a safe environment that promotes Individuality and Independence.

(Example shift based upon: 7am< 11pm £60 per sleep in 7am finish.)

(There is no need to be self-employed like many other Agencies)
