Vibrance is keen to ensure the Apprenticeship Scheme offers on-the-job and part-time study opportunities that will help you make a real contribution to the work you do. We are looking for apprentices who want to start a career in Human Resources and Learning and Development.

Vibrance provides a range of innovative supported housing and community care services to adults with a learning disability and adults who use mental health services. We currently manage care homes, low support homes, Community Day Services, an Outreach Team and a Brokerage Service.

We are a 'not for profit' organisation which enables us to offer better, more flexible services, without the constraints associated with large organisations and public authorities. We maintain a firm commitment to User Participation and high service quality.

You will be based in Vibrance’s Head Office where the skills you will learn and develop will contribute towards providing a service to our staff. You must have good IT skills and be able to deal with confidential information appropriately. You will learn about the full range of services we provide and be responsible for a number of supporting administration processes.

In return, you will be supported and trained to a nationally recognised standard.

Salary: National Apprentice Rat £3.50 PH, 35 hrs
