Pearson Anderson Norwich are looking to recruit passionate, flexible and motivated Health care Assistants/ Support Workers to join our dynamic team to support a variety of our clients within the residential and nursing home settings throughout Norwich

As a Pearson Anderson Health Care Assistant/Support Worker, you will be working as part of a dedicated, professional and friendly team in a busy and demanding environment so it is essential you are well organized and able to learn quickly.

The role will entail supporting working in partnership with service users, providing person centred approaches to support and promote their daily independence meeting both health and social needs.

You may be involved in supporting and reporting to registered nurses to provide treatment and rehabilitation service for adults with a learning disability and accompanying mental health problems or complex conditions. You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people.
