Producing handmade, bespoke kitchens in East Anglia for over thirty-five years, they now boast and amazing 31 kitchen showrooms in some of the UK's most desirable locations with plans to grow even further.

We are currently seeking a National Installations Manager to take full responsibility for an established team of regionally based Installation Supervisors.

Responsibilities you will enjoy as a National Installations Manager:

- Managing a team of installation supervisors as well as a coordinating team, ensuring site surveys are quickly and correctly undertaken.

- Overseeing the recruitment, training and quality control of all the company's sub-contractors.

- Quality control all 'recommended trades people' including main contractors for full installation service where needed, maintaining a list of these key contacts and running further recruitment where needed.

- Provide training and support to Sales Designers and other showroom staff as required.

As the ideal National Installations Manager candidate for this position:

- You will be professional, articulate and well mannered.

- You will have experience of the kitchen sector and will have a track record of overseeing installation projects ideally of a bespoke nature.

- You will be comfortable in managing teams of people with an emphasis towards excellent customer service and a positive approach.
