Site Manager - Cambridge - £54-60,000 plus full benefits incl - Car, health, pension, bonus

Are you a Site Manager capable of running your own site? Are you for a company that values high standards and quality? Are you capable of running a residential scheme from commencement to completion?

Our client a progressive business with a forward thinking mentality are currently looking to add a permanent Site manager to their team for a site in Cambridge.

They are looking for a successful Site Manager with experience within delivering quality first time to join the motivated build team, this role is to oversee a 50+ unit development.

The Residential Site Manager will be responsible for the following for:

* Management of subbies
* Management of Assistant Site management
* Taking ownership of the site and ensuring delivery
* Progress reporting
* Motivation of staff
* Delivery of quality units to programme
* Health and Safety

* Experience of Managing in the residential environment delivering high quality units.
* Experienced in reporting into a Project Manager or Contracts Manager
* Ideally Traditional and / or timber frame knowledge
* Site based qualifications. SMSTS, CSCS, First aid, scaffold etc.
* Driven personality / natural leader
* Ambitious, looking for opportunity to progress your career
