Assistant Site Managers, Eastbourne and Peacehaven - Assistant Site Manager required for successful retirement home developers for sites in Eastbourne and Peacehaven. The Assistant Site Managers will work closely with more Senior Managers and assist on all stages of the build process. At important stages of the project the Assistant will take a greater role on delivering the internals stages of the units and driving the quality of the finish.

In the next 12 - 18 months it would be expected that the Assistant Site Managers steps up to Site Manager level and takes on greater responsibility for the phase or another coming up. Assistant Site Managers with considerable experience who are looking to take the step up to Site Manager will be rewarded with a good salary, training and support to achieve their promotion in 12 months.

Suitable Assistant Site Managers will have considerable new build residential experience and hold valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid at Work.
