FOMAC are seeking CCDO Site Managers to join a highly reputable Demolition Subcontractor based on a project in Woolwich Arsenal

As a result of continued growth, they are looking for candidates with the following:

SMSTS or SSSTS
CSCS
CCDO card
Plant experience
Cut and carve experience
Full demolition experience
The work is long term however, it is initially on the basis of a 3 month contract. Nevertheless, this will be extended for the right people as they have such a strong workload.

The Project

Our client has been involved in the project since 2008. They were kept on after the completion of the original brief and now actively contribute to the ongoing construction work on The Royal Arsenal site.
The redevelopment of Building 10, The Warren, Woolwich Arsenal involved the demolition of the existing industrial warehousing, retaining the existing surrounding historic ranges and construction of four new build structures accommodating 440 apartments.

Our client are now working on Premiere Inn hotel development and have also been awarded a works package as a part of Phase 3 development.
