Key Skills Required

* Receiving, Processing & Monitoring fault reports in line with an SLA
* Support of PC, Laptop, Printers, Switches and Routers across a wide area network
* Support of Windows Operating Systems & Microsoft applications
* Dealing with end users directly via both phone, email & VNC to permanently resolve queries


* ITIL Exposure / Qualifications
* Configuration & support of Windows Servers
* Configuration & support of barcode scanning equipment
* Maintaining Hardware / Software inventories
