Negotiator and New Business New Business roles- Carrying out Lettings and Sales Valuations and follow ups- Posting and packaging letters - Door knocking, dropping letters- Touting- Going out to local businesses (solicitors /accountants/news agents etc) handing out letters and leaflets- Calling vendors and landlordsSales Negotiator roles- Sales progressions – full procedure- Call out to all clients to update details and promote services and properties to book valuations and viewings- Dealing with all sales leads from phone calls, email and any other. - Valuations – full procedure(Pre -valuation letters, post valuation letters and keeping in touch with vendor/landlord to win instruction. If not won, diarising and keeping in touch/sending out 1 month letter, 2 months letter)- Taking calls – registering tenants /buyers/vendors/landlords. - Some involvement on lettings side where needed - Putting up property details, floor plans and epcs, checking and proof reading description - Carrying out all sales and some lettings Viewings and open house events.- Carrying out Vendor care day on time and in detailThe candidate must possess the following skills: - Full clean and valid UK driving license- A car with up to date MOT, servicing and in full working order.- An eye for detail and accuracy with administrative work (do consider this when submitting CVS)- An interest in the property sector would be desirable- An ability to prioritise and deliver high volumes of work at pace- Excellent knowledge and experience of using different software in a fast paced environment- Good experience in property sales and preferably lettings too- Ability to work in a small team and work independently- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines- Advanced customer service skills – with proven experience- Advanced communication skills – with proven experience- Basic knowledge of Croydon and local areas- Advanced administration skills- Highly punctual - Helpful team member- Ability to work Saturdays- A comfort with making decisions; there will be plenty of times when the applicant will need to make decisions that affect our customers and colleagues often at short notice, we’d love to hear their experience of thisIn return we know it’s important that you are rewarded accordingly for your hard work.
