*Salary: £35,000- £45,000 base with an uncapped OTE £65,000 + company car, company phone + laptop, generous pension, progression paths and other flexible options.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your existing skills and experience to identify the new opportunities within Outdoor Sports Retailers across the UK, selling Sports Apparel. The role will be a hybrid of new business development and existing account management. You will consistently be performing against set KPI's and targets to make the most out of the rewarding commission plan.

Experience Required:
We are seeking Business Development Manager with experience in selling Sports Apparel or Sports Equipment into Outdoor Sports Retailers. You'll need to have a proven track record of new business and account management. You will be proficient at meeting and exceeding targets; demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve success. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence and have the persistence to exceed all KPI's.

The Package:
The package on offer for the Business Development Manager, is a basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000, with a rewarding uncapped OTE of £65,000 in your first year.
