Business Development Manager - Commercial Construction - £55,000 OTE

A great opportunity to become a Business Development Manager for an extremely well-established Commercial Construction company. Specialising in sales into commercial builds such as offices, airports, and hotels, the new Business Development Manager will drive new business growth across the London and the South East. This opportunity provides an excellent commission structure and a fantastic progression platform. The next BDM should have experience in selling directly into procurement teams, developers, or contractors and a range of verticals and markets. The company is looking to grow in the commercial market after already establishing a global presence.

The Role:

In this Business Development Manager position, you will be responsible for driving new opportunities throughout London and the South East. You will provide a range of construction products into the commercial market and large businesses. You will also be key in establishing contact with a variety of key decision maker, including facilities managers, procurement, and estimate managers. Liaising both face to face and over the phone, the Business Development Manager will be a brand ambassador, representing the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:

You must be a self-motivated individual with previous background in sales into commercial property. You should will be an outgoing and determined individual who is confident and ambitious. You will have excellent and current client relationships within the business area to hit the ground running, and preferably had a mixture of account management and new business sales experience. You should have excellent management skills as well as the ability to manage entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

The Package:

A basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 pa is available for the right Business Development Manager with a lucrative commission structure of an uncapped OTE, on target earnings will be in excess of £70,000pa.
