One of our key shopfitting clients is seeking an experienced contracts administrator to work within a friendly, busy contract team based near Chandlers Ford.

Key duties:
• Putting together legally binding Health and Safety files to be inspected by CDM co-ordinator in line with CDM 2015 regulations.
• Creating and maintaining the pricing document for plant and materials which is used by the contracts team and estimating team.
• Processing all purchase and sub contract orders – working closely after tender stage to get discounts from sub-contractors.
• Stationary ordering keeping within budget each month.
• Processing and controlling the goods in and goods out system.
• Attending contract meetings and holding discussion on changed within our department.
• Applying for council permits for skips/hoardings etc.
• Working closely with Contracts managers to assist on all projects whatever the requirement.
• Printing Drawings on Plotting machines ensuring they are to scale.
• Raising Purchase Orders and ordering materials and equipment.
• Negotiating with Sub-contractors on their order for the projects.
• Supporting Contracts managers, undertaking a multitude of day to day tasks from hosting office visitors to maintaining office supplies to arranging meetings for discussions to begin on upcoming project.
