Governance Project Engineer - £26 an hour LTD - 6 Months - Warton Based

This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UKs leading Defence companies based in Warton (Preston).

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for planning and co-ordination of Audits and process confirmations to assure compliance with PM Governance (LCM). Co-ordinate and support the hierarchy of PM Governance meetings and reviews.

Experience required for this role:-
- A good understanding of Project Management and Control
- Experience of Governance (preferably PM, ideally Life Cycle Management)
- Experienced and capable user of Microsoft Office, particularly ability and confidence to work with complex Excel toolsets and interrogate / analyse data using Pivot Tables, filtering, data charts and tables.
- VBA knowledge would be desirable.
- Good at working as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Willing to solicit and respond positively to critical appraisal in order to achieve optimum outcomes
- Able to work with stakeholders at all levels across the business and broker compromise solutions
- Methodical approach to planning and checking data integrity, with attention to detail
