Our client is a global integrated Healthcare agency in London.

As a client services manager at tis agency you will play a critical role in the client services team, playing a fundamental role in the delivery of brand success and agency profitability. 
Working with the client partners you will support the strategic direction for their healthcare clients’ brands, proactively and regularly creating ideas that deliver on the client’s business objectives. 
You will be eager to learn about their clients, industry and organization and be experienced in healthcare brand communications, working as part of a team to deliver unique solutions to clients. You will be passionate about the work the agency delivers impressing clients and being a role model within the agency. 

You will have proven record of successfully managing mid-scale multi-channel projects 
under the direction of a client partner and small-scale projects on your own.  
With a science or speciality marketing degree 3+ year’s healthcare agency experience, the Client Services Manager will possess a thorough understanding of the healthcare market.  
Additionally, you will be involved in the strategic and executional quality of all client materials. You will support the Client Partner to grow the client’s business at the agency to ensure financial profitability.  

You will ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard. Here, this means world-class, innovative solutions that are delivered on time and on-budget for our clients.
