Occupational Health Clinical Manager Job Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a peripatetic Occupational Health Manager Lead based from home covering sites across the North of the UK on a full time permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Clinical Manager to work for a multi-disciplinary occupational health consultancy that offers a comprehensive range of services to clients across the UK and Scotland.

Occupational Health Clinical Manager Job Requirements:
The Occupational Health Clinical Manager will be based from home visiting clients across the North of England up to 3 times per week. The Occupational Health Clinical Manager will be expected to travel as far north as Glasgow and as far south as Hull.

The Occupational Heath Clinical Manager will be responsible for ensuring clinical excellence in delivering a range of services to clients, ensuring a clear focus is maintained on business objectives, company values, service level agreements and effective relationships.

The Occupational Heath Clinical Manager duties will involve:

• Clinical Leadership and managing staffing requirements including inductions and training etc.
• Clinical governance
• Control internal and external costs to maximise profitability
• Develop and maintain excellent partnerships with the clients
• Support the Business Development team in new business acquisitions
• Work with Account Managers to manage strategic account and communication plans

The Occupational Health Clinical Manager will be working on an engineering contract.
Occupational Health Clinical Manager Skills/ Qualifications:
To be considered for this excellent Occupational Health Clinical Manager opportunity you must be a Registered Nurse with extensive experience at a manager level in Occupational Health and with a qualification in Occupational Health.

To be successful the Occupational Health Clinical Manager must have strong commercial awareness an experience in Occupational Health service delivery and policy development.

The Occupational Health Clinical Manager should have experience in remotely line managing Occupational Health clinicians who cover a large geographical area.
