A leading care provider is seeking a RMN/RNLD for a hospital in Bradford. The service provides assessment, treatment and fast stream rehabilitation for men with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.

The company itself is one of the UK`s largest provider of specialist services in education, mental health rehabilitation and learning disabilities.

As a Staff Nurse you will contribute to the effective and efficient day to day leadership and management of the service as directed by the Management team. Your role is to improve the quality of life for the service users, make them more comfortable and encourage them to achieve their very best despite their various difficulties and needs.

Salary: £31,668 on 42 hours

Staff Nurse must:

- Be a registered RMN/RNLD
- Have strong leadership skills and self-motivated
- Be a team player and good ability to communicate
- Be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual Patient programs of care;
- Report any ill health amongst Patients and make requests for GP / Professional visits where necessary;
- Support empowerment of Patients having regard for their dignity, rights and advice, whilst maintaining professional responsibility for individuals in our care;
- Ensure that individual care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with Patient, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines

As a Staff Nurse you will be required to work shifts on a rota, weekends and bank holidays.
