Do you have Digital Project Management experience in either an agency or client side environment?

Are you looking for a new role that is both challenging and rewarding?

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a growing integrated agency, servicing some of the best known brands across the hospitality, automotive and built environment sectors.

Reporting to the Digital Director, the Digital Producer will play an integral role in the day to day running of the digital team. Ulitimately, the role of the Digital Producer is to ensure the best possible outcome for any digital project - getting the right people in the right place at the right time and establishing the correct assignment of resource and skill.

The primary requirement will be to scope, manage and deliver the end-to-end delivery of all digital projects, initially with web based development but rapidly transitioning to include additional functions such as focused design and content [spanning web, social and CRM content]. Working within an Agile environment, the role will dictate the coordination of backlog review, sprints, sprint reviews and scrums, but will also be client-facing and therefore include regular status updates and the identification of potential opportunities as well as potential issues and blockers. Within this remit, the Digital Producer would be involved in analysing incoming Business Requirement Documents / Briefs and coordinating project scopes, functional specifications and estimation of costs, based on required resource allocations - as well as identifying risks and timescales for the successful completion of projects. This includes the consideration of other projects and the potential need for additional resource, as well as the monitoring of inevitable ad-hoc requests and support tickets that may be raised at any time, in accordance to agreed SLAs.

As well as daily operational tasks, it will also be a requirement to keep abreast of the latest in digital technologies and market trends, in order to propose and build future capabilities. The right selection of tools and processes will be vital to ensure the optimum delivery of projects and the Digital Producer should actively seek to identify and upskill recognisable talent with the business.

The need to enforce agreed processes is also key to maintaining project integrity and prevent consequential project creep - along with the ability to manage expectations both internally and externally, with the support of the Digital Director and client service teams.
