My client are a leading Conference and Exhibitions organisation who operate globally, and their gatherings have become widely acknowledged within the Energy industries for their quality and prestigious level of government officials and senior corporate delegation that attend their elite events.

They approach business with a dynamic and forward-thinking attitude that has resulted in continued growth and success. Due to their growth within the international ‘market`, they are now recruiting for a Client Services/ Events Administrator.

Purpose of the role
The Client Services/ Event Administrator will be at the forefront of the company, ensuring that delegates can book onto conferences and training seminars quickly and easily and dealing with enquiries efficiently and effectively, interacting with a number of departments on a daily basis.

The Client Services/ Events Administrator will have a minimum of 1 years b2b customer service experience, preferbly gained within a ‘bookings` or events environment. Must be educated to Degree or equivalent, with a strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices. A proficient user of MS Office programmes (Word, Excel & Outlook). Have excellent organisational and administrative skills. With outstanding written and oral communication skills in fluent English and with one or more of the following languages; French, Spanish, Portuguese.
