Our client is a global integrated Healthcare agency.
We have an opportunity for a Digital Development Manager to join the team in their London office! Full job spec available.
 
NOTE: Approx. 5% to 10% development / coding with the rest being finance, project troubleshooting, resourcing, and just generally keeping things running.

Reporting to: European Digital Director 
 
Line reports:   Full-Stack Developers, Frontend Developers, freelance/contract developers

Principal Role:
To manage the development, testing and release of digital media within the guidelines of the brief provided and in the interest of the commercial aims of the agency.
 
This includes, but is not limited to, the management of the development team and freelancers and setting up and managing quoting and project management of projects.
 
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years hands-on development experience most recently as a Senior Developer or Architect and wanting to take the step into management
Agile project management such as Scrum and Kanban
Excellent troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others and influences people without causing conflict to adapt quickly and be flexible in the face of changing priorities
Team management and leadership, resourcing, recruiting skills
Explaining technical project aspects to non technical stakeholders
Client liaison experience, both from marketing and technical point-of-views
Technical experience:

o    Frontend
 
HTML/5
CSS/3
JavaScript/jQuery
.NET C#, MVC
Microsoft SQL Server
Knowledge of Windows Server and general hosting
infrastructure
 
      Internet

Information Server (IIS)

Desirable:

Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
     Mobile device app development native/PhoneGap
     N2CMS content management system experience
     Knowledge of PHP/LAMP
