National Sales Manager - Wigan

Up to 45k + bonus and company car

Our client is a well-recognised and fast expanding chain of gyms who are looking to recruit a National Sales Manager offering a highly competitive financial package. Due to expansion, they are looking for an exceptional National Sales Manager, who will report to the Commercial Director to ensure that the clubs under your focus hit their daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by looking to develop innovative ways to grow the membership base. The client offers a low cost gym option and your mission will not only be to increase sales but to aid the retention of members. As this client is ever growing you will be required to travel nationally on a regular basis. As this position required travel you will be provided with a company car.

Responsibilities:

* To take responsibility in contributing to the research, planning and delivery of lead generation initiatives that drives the achievement of new member targets.
* Liaise and collaborate with Commercial Director ensuring sales targets, KPI's and team performances are met each month.
* Effective project management in planning and delivering strategies to reduce attrition across the group.
* Manage, coach and be a mentor to all teams through providing inspiration and motivation
* Delivery of detailed analysis of reports and project management
* To collect, monitor and analyse reports in supporting key ideas and initiatives
* Improve and keep up to date with industry trends, effectively identifying opportunities in planning group events/ campaigns.

Ideally we are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in multi-site health and fitness, commercial leisure or hospitality sales management who has a passion for developing, coaching and building high performance sales teams. You will be working with a high performance senior management team and you will need to demonstrate the added value you will bring to the senior management team at interview stage
